Property Support

With prior authorization, HHG may coordinate an appointment with a client-approved vendor, provide controlled property access, wait when appropriate and separately agreed, and document arrival and departure. Authorized photographs or written updates may be provided when appropriate.

HHG’s role is limited to authorized access, factual observation, documentation, and communication. HHG does not supervise technical work, approve quotes or change orders, direct means or methods, certify quality or completion, accept workmanship, or guarantee vendor performance. The homeowner and vendor remain responsible for the work scope, pricing, technical decisions, licensing, permits, warranties, invoicing, and payment.

Advance homeowner authorization is required unless a specific action and spending limit have already been approved in the client’s written service agreement or escalation plan. Immediate threats to life or safety should be directed to 911, the utility provider, or the appropriate public authority.

Active Home Watch memberships may include secure coordination of one approved key or access method under documented controls. One-Time Home Watch and concierge-only access arrangements are handled according to the written service agreement. Access information is limited to authorized HHG personnel who require it to perform the approved service.

For a client-approved vendor appointment, HHG may provide controlled access, wait when appropriate and separately agreed, and re-secure the property at the conclusion of the appointment. Keys, codes, and credentials are not released or shared with a vendor unless the client has provided specific written authorization.

With the homeowner’s authorization, HHG may help coordinate approved seasonal vendor services for the residence. Assistance may include contacting a client-approved vendor, arranging an appointment, providing controlled property access, waiting when appropriate and separately agreed, and providing authorized visual documentation or updates.

Examples may include coordinating

  • HVAC seasonal service appointments
  • Irrigation startup or winterization
  • Gutter-cleaning or exterior-maintenance appointments
  • Pest-control services
  • Lawn, landscape, or snow-service appointments
  • Pool or spa opening and closing services
  • Other approved seasonal vendor services

When HHG provides authorized access or waits during a client-approved vendor appointment, HHG may document relevant visit activity and communicate updates to the homeowner. Waiting must be appropriate and separately agreed. Documentation is limited to information HHG is authorized and reasonably able to observe.

Updates may include

  • Vendor arrival and departure information
  • Authorized photographs of visible conditions before, during, or after the appointment
  • Written notes describing relevant observable activity or concerns
  • Confirmation that the vendor departed and the property was re-secured
  • Vendor-provided invoices, estimates, service records, or completion statements forwarded to the homeowner
  • Follow-up scheduling or access coordination when separately authorized

HHG is not a 24-hour emergency-response, security, restoration, or dispatch service. If HHG observes a significant concern or unexpected condition during an approved service, we document what is visible and notify the homeowner according to the client’s communication and escalation plan.

When safe, authorized, and within HHG’s service scope, HHG may contact a client-approved vendor, coordinate property access, or provide follow-up visual documentation. These actions remain subject to safe conditions, prior authorization, business hours, route capacity, scheduling, and availability. HHG does not promise immediate message review, live response, dispatch, arrival, vendor response, repair, or a particular outcome.

Immediate threats to life or safety should be directed to 911. Gas, electrical, water, or other utility emergencies should be reported directly to the appropriate utility provider or public authority.

Messages received outside HHG’s published business hours may not be reviewed or acted upon until the next available service period. Clients should not rely on HHG as their sole emergency contact, security provider, or disaster-response resource.
