Hoosier Home Guardian was created to give Greater Indianapolis homeowners a trusted local presence when they are traveling, managing a second home, or leaving a residence unoccupied. We saw a need for private, professional Home Watch built around careful observation, clear communication, and respect for each property.
We exist to provide scheduled, documented visual visits of readily accessible interior and exterior areas, note observable conditions, and communicate findings clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions about their property while they are away.
